At Sunfolk, perinatal midwifery care is not a checklist or a transaction — it’s a relationship. It’s a rhythm we enter together, rooted in trust, reverence, and the remembering of who you’ve always been. Whether this is your first pregnancy or your fifth, this season is calling you deeper. It’s not just about preparing for a baby — it’s about tending to the unfolding of your whole self.

I offer care that is intuitive, spiritual, and deeply informed — guided by both ancestral wisdom and clinical knowledge. My practice integrates evidence-based midwifery, informed decision-making, and trauma-aware protocols alongside space for ceremony, ritual, and emotional mapping. There is room here for all of you: the parts seeking facts, the parts holding fear, and the parts ready to soften into your power.

What I Offer

I walk with a small number of families each season so that our care can be present, spacious, and responsive. My global midwifery package includes:

  • 14 Prenatal Visits – including holistic and clinical care like vitals, labs, education, and herbal support

  • 7 Weeks of On-Call Support – beginning at 37 weeks

  • Home Birth Attendance – with a trained birth team and appropriate emergency supplies

  • Postpartum Visits through 12 weeks – postpartum care includes in-home visits in the first days, support with infant feeding and healing, emotional check-ins, and integration of your birth story.

Each visit is a space for both grounded guidance and expansive listening. We review labs, talk through protocols and clinical options, and honor your autonomy through informed consent and shared decision-making. At the same time, we may steep tea, trace emotions, or simply rest in silence. Both science and spirit have a place here.

A Spiritual + Evidence-Informed Approach

I believe that birth is not only physical — it is spiritual, ancestral, and transformational. I offer care that is rooted in evidence, carried with intuition, and expressed through relationships.

I provide:

  • Up-to-date, evidence-based recommendations

  • Transparent conversations about risk and choice

  • Space for your values, rituals, and instincts

  • A commitment to your right to informed refusal and consent at every stage

My role is to walk beside you as you navigate your path, offering clarity, presence, and a steady hand along the way.

Financial Exchange

The global midwifery fee is $5,000, with $800 due at your first appointment and the full balance due by 34 weeks. I’m not “in-network” with any insurance, but you are more than welcome to see if your insurance covers Out-of-Hospital Midwifery care. I do offer payment plans and am always open to discussing reciprocal barter.
